Our Approach

 All our training, coaching and accountability is done one-on-one by video conferencing via Skype, Zoom or other platforms, that works with your schedule to help you quickly reach 100% of your support and will include the following:

• Team/strength assessment before you start your training.

• Biblical study of what God has to say about being supported by others.

• Bi-weekly coaching, setting milestones, encouragement and accountability towards reaching 100% of your mission’s support goal quickly and re-establish partnership relationships that will provide sustainability for your time on the field.

• Developing a presentation presenting your story, your mission’s vision and your needs.

• How to develop a relationship with your partners that will let your partners know they not only are important to you, but ones who know their giving impacts the Kingdom of God.

• Coaching on how to write good newsletters.

• Monthly interactive phone calls with other new missionaries on the same journey as you to reach full funding in order to hear their challenges and victories along their way.

• Help with cross-cultural issues before you transition to the field.

• Developing life/work/family balance while doing partnership development and living on the field.

• Help in developing a workable plan for sustaining support while on the field.

• Follow-up during the first 3 months on the field.

• Monthly report to your sending agency on your progress.

• For those veteran missionaries who are struggling with funding, our services include:

  • Mapping, pre-planning and contacting your partners for your home ministry assignment before leaving the field.

• For returning missionaries:

  • Help with re-entry.

  • Third-culture kid (TCK) re-entry issues.
