To assist your staff with pre-field assessments and Partnership Development training of your new missionaries. Or we can take on the pre-assessments and train and coach your new missionaries for you by video conferencing.
Included would be:
*Individual and/or team assessments using the PDP assessment with results presented to you.
*Your new missionaries will be thoroughly trained in every aspect of partnership development (see what’s included under “Our Approach”).
*One-on-one coaching which includes:
-Milestone setting.
-Accountability (bi-weekly).
-Spiritual encouragement and help.
-Cross cultural help.
-Help with family/life/work balance during partnership development and on the field.
-Monthly reporting to your organization on your missionaries’ funding progress.
